Return and Refund Policy

At Soulgrain, your satisfaction comes first. If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve made returns easy and hassle-free so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

You received a damaged or defective product

You received an incorrect product

The product was expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible:

The return request must be initiated within 2 days of delivery

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

Perishable and consumable items are not eligible for return unless they meet the above conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at feedback.soulgrain@gmail.com with:

Your Order ID

A brief description of the issue

Clear images or videos (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping

Don’t worry — we’ll take care of the return shipping.

Returning Your Product:
Once you receive your return authorization, please pack the item securely in its original packaging. After packaging, send the product to the following address:

Reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs if you are asked to send the product back. Details will be shared with you after your return request is approved.

Refunds & Exchanges

Processing Returns

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Refund Timelines

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

It may take 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed

Exchanges

If you choose an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped after return approval and inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used products

Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery

Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly. Once the issue has been reviewed and approved after inspection, a replacement will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per this policy.
